TERMS OF PURCHASE

for Intuitive Foundations

Clear agreements make good working relationships. These Terms of Purchase are here for a practical reason: to make sure we're both on the same page so nobody's guessing later. Please read them before purchasing this service.

When you, the client (“Client”, "You"), purchase an Intuitive Foundations program (“Program"), which includes a total of 6 sessions ("Sessions") provided by Jamie Csizmadia ("Jamie", "Me", "I"), you are agreeing to the terms contained within Jamie Csizmadia Website Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, and these Terms of Purchase for Intuitive Foundations.  In the event of any conflict between the Website Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, and these Terms of Purchase for Intuitive Foundations, the Terms of Purchase for Intuitive Foundations shall control.

 

I provide clear guidelines for Clients wishing to work with me.  The following Terms of Purchase for Intuitive Foundations serve to prepare you for a positive experience during your Program and Sessions.

  

1. My Responsibilities

 

I will do my utmost to provide your Program and Sessions with respect, trauma-informed care, and diligence in accordance with the professional standards appropriate for the nature and scope of the Program and Sessions.  In so doing, I:

  • Commit to being ready and on time for your Session.  If I need to cancel or reschedule a Session due to an unforeseen reason or emergency, I will contact you via email at my earliest opportunity to do so.

  • Ensure that your Program and Sessions are private and confidential

  • Will provide each Session online via Zoom video-call

  • Will record each Session and provide you with a link to the audio recording, video recording, and transcript via email within 2 business days after each Session

  • Will provide you with an AI summary of each Session via email within 2 business days after each Session

  • Will be available via email between Sessions for questions, support, feedback, and guidance

  • Will respond to all email communication within 2 business days (unless I am on vacation or holiday).

 

2. Client Responsibilities

As a Client, you acknowledge and agree to the following declarations, wherein “I” refers to “You”, the Client, during the Session:

  • I will be ready, sober, and on time for each Session. 

  • If I need to cancel or reschedule a Session, I will do so at least 24 hours before the start time of the Session. 

  • I acknowledge that if I am late to a Session, the Session will still begin and end at the scheduled time.  If I do not show up within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time of a Session, and if I have not communicated my inability to show up at least 24 hours before the start time of a Session, it will be considered a "no show", and I will need to reschedule the Session at an additional cost.

  • I acknowledge that each Session is provided via Zoom video-call, and that I will need to have a laptop, device, or cell phone to participate in each Session.  ​

 

3. Rescheduling & Canceling

​

You may reschedule a Session at no additional cost, if you do so at least 24 hours before the Session start time.  A reschedule link is provided in the confirmation email you will have received at the time of booking.

 

If you freely and voluntarily choose to cease or cancel participating in a Session prematurely, due to a personal reason, an emergency, or an Act of God, you will not receive a refund or reimbursement for the portion of the Session not yet rendered.

4. Expiration Date

​

The Program expires exactly 4 months after the purchase date of the Program.  You will need to complete all 6 Sessions before that date.  If you freely and voluntarily choose not to complete all 6 Sessions within 4 months from the purchase date of the Program, you will not receive a refund or reimbursement for the Sessions not yet rendered, and you will need to schedule your remaining Sessions at an additional cost if you want to complete the Program.

5. Changes to These Terms & Conditions

 

These Terms of Purchase for Intuitive Foundations are effective as of the date stated at the top of these Terms of Purchase for Intuitive Foundations.  I may change these Terms of Purchase for Intuitive Foundations from time to time.  By accessing my Website and/or using my services after I make any such changes to these Terms of Purchase for Intuitive Foundations, you are deemed to have accepted such changes.  Please refer back to these Terms of Purchase for Intuitive Foundations on a regular basis.
